I have used Foley's pump services a few times and have AlWAYS had great service. They are reliable and very professional. I had a few emergencies (no water the day before my daughter's communion was one of them) they were prompt to respond every time!!! Their prices are very fair also. I have recommended them to friends and everyone has been very pleased with their services. I feel good to know that if I need help in the future we have them to rely on.

Just had my first experience with Foley's, and I give them top marks across the board. The woman in the office who I worked with for scheduling and billing was great (didn't catch her name), and Connor, the well technician, was outstanding - courteous, knowledgeable, educational, detailed, answered a bunch of questions, left instructions and next steps for us (we had our well shocked due to sulphur smell, need to follow a protocol for a few days), even showed me how to change a newly installed (by another company) filter, a process I was unsure of, and provided a filter since I didn't have one on-hand.

I was referred to them by the contractor who did our home inspection, and I then saw the middling reviews, but went with his recommendation. So glad I did!

I highly recommend Foley pump service. They're professional technicians are knowledgeable and experienced and get the job done correctly and quickly the first time around with impeccable good manners combined with cleanliness and diligent courtesy and consideration towards Covid 19 concerns and precautions as well. Every homeowner I know that has used them remains very happy with their work and their prices as well.

Connor could not have been more accommodating! He found a leak that others missed and then changed out our water tank on the same day.

This call was a huge help for me. They have a minimum 1 hour service time for a set price, Cody went straight to work and utilized all of the time to keep busy and answer and explain all of my questions.

I had a problem with my well pump constantly cycling on and off. Contacted Foleys and they came out a few hours later. Foleys service tech Francis identified the problem quickly and made the necessary repairs ( while raining the entire time). Francis also made adjusted to the water system that improved its operation. I was very pleased with the quality of the repairs that were done.

I called Foley's at 8am and they had Joe at my house by 8:30, Our water was restored a couple of hours later. Joe was very polite and a complete and total professional. I would highly recommend this 30 year old company with deep roots in the Danbury area. Thank you for such prompt service.

Paul came to our house to give us an estimate. He was beyond generous with his time and explained what he would do, even though some of his suggestions weren't technically in the best interest of his company. I trusted his recommendations and he was exceptionally knowledgeable. I don't know how his pricing compares yet, but it seemed fair. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone.

Always do right by me. Used them for years. Always answer the phone cordially and has a technician call me back right away. They always listen and discuss the problem. they show up when they say they will. They carry parts on the truck so no delays or extra travel costs to parts depot. Always fairly priced and even gave a 10% senior discount without my asking. I wish the oil heating guys were this good.

Foley's has been wonderful in meeting our needs. Scheduling is very convenient, and the service people are wonderful. The technician who came out last week was fast & efficient, clearly explaining the issue we experienced, and troubleshooting future concerns. He was also very friendly, and patient with a young admirer (my son). Tyler (3 yrs old) is now hounding me, asking 'When is my friend Cody coming back?'.

We have used them for 20 years per recommendation by a water professional. A couple of years ago we woke up to no water, pump had burned out, and it was repaired by early afternoon the same day. Just had a complete filtration system put in and the service was fast, professional and competitive priced.

They are an excellent company who really cares about their customers. I called them when my well tank went and they were at my house in about an hour, SAME DAY. Friendly and knowledgeable, left no mess, took the old tank with them...if you need repairs, give them a call. I HIGHLY recommend this business.

Foley's pump service is awesome! I bought an older home a few years ago and many things around the house are functional, but not ideal; this included our well pump and water pressure. Unfortunately the other night we lost all running water. With no prior relationship, we called Foley and they made us an appointment within 24 hrs (we deemed it non-emergency). The technician Jeff showed up right on time, and was very polite and professional. He educated me on my well system and addressed the issue we were experiencing. In a quick hour of work he had our water running, and pressure better than ever! Highly recommend Foley and thank you Jeff!
